Martin, several people on that page seem quite upset at CREAM. One even calls them a 'scam'. That customer seems annoyed to the point that he would go out of his way to leave a negative comment, hence 'having a bone to pick'.
I only point this out because I felt it would be useful for someone from CREAM to officially respond, similar to what you are suggesting. If people are upset, something is not right. If you will notice, I posted in defense of CREAM. Maybe you should consider posting what you wrote on the columbian board, because as it stands, I'm not sure what you are arguing with me about. :-)
I'm working on response - though that means mostly wading through the Craig's List agreement to make sure we did not violate the terms. We did not - BTW.
To the other points, I believe that a number of people came to the Thrift Store in the first few weeks and didn't like the rough edges we had then. We now have more staff, more donations and volunteers, allowing us the time and effort required to make improvements to the program.
We make decisions based on our ability to follow through once we commit to them. So some improvements come slower than others.

That is a nice article, however looks like someone has a bone to pick with CREAM in the comments section.
